Welcome to Status Saver - Download (the "Service"). This User Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User", "You", or "Your") and Life Hack Developer, located in Karwar, Karnataka, India ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using our mobile application and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Usage

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Evolving Service: We continuously improve our Platform. Features may change, be suspended, or be terminated at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • License Grant: By sharing User Content, you grant Shree Ganesha Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content across our Platform and partner services.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you share and any consequences thereof. Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions before uploading any third-party material.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains software viruses or malicious code.
  • Interferes with the functionality of the Service or its servers.
  • Impersonates any person or entity.
  • Promotes money laundering, gambling, or harmful products.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All Platform branding, logos, software, and content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Life Hack Developer or its licensors.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content or information on the Platform.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Hack Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to $100 USD.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated this User Agreement or any applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Hack Developer, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and process your data.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karwar, Karnataka, India.
